I looked on Alexa.com and the site is down over 10% in the last three months alone.

Yesterday, I found out that I am allegeric to alcohol (distilled and fermented), coffee, cow's milk / cheese and wheat (but not gluten). So much for my favorite meal of pizza and beer! I promised myself that I would abstain from these things for a couple of weeks until I go back to the doctor. If I feel better then I have some long-term decisions to make.

Just finished 30 minutes on the elliptical and I've walked the dog so there is no reason not to work. Have a great day! |thumb

Been in a funk the past 2 days due to sales taking a nose dive the past month. Been working on some stuff that will hopefully pay off in the future even thou I need things to pay off now.

|virgohippy| is coming over today to help with the possible recovery of files from a dead pc. Other than this it's just filling databases with more content.
