Like Greenguy said, mentioning the model is good which you are doing now. One other thing you should do is add text between each row of thumbs. Things for the surfer to read that will lead him to clicking the banner at the bottom. Just adding in lines like:
I love to toy fuck my pussy for everyone to watch
My site features me getting naked and being naughty
I'm a real amateur girl with her own site now online
See me fuck myself and all my girlfriends to full orgasm

Look at the paysite and see what the selling features of the paysite are to increase click throughs.

Also, your gallery is too wide. Going over 800 pixels (usually 740/760 is max) will make it so surfers set at 800x600 will have to scroll sideways. That is not a good thing.

August is very hot... but my advise would be... never allow a whole screen of just hot thumbs... like Ramster and GG say... get some text there to make them click through to your sponsor
