Didn't go to sleep until after one this morning changing out the design at my LL. Did three more page this morning. I think I've got them all but wouldn't be surprised if I find more.

Picked up our new eight week oid kitty yesterday. He has a great personality and is very affectionate. I think we are naming him Astro.

It's hard to get a decent pic of him but here is one that at least is in focus.

Good morning.

Cleo, cute kitty!!

Home in Ottawa for the weekend and gonna clean the pool, hopefully get it fully opened though it's way too fucking cold to swim in it. The air weather is nice though, hitting the 70s today at least so will also give the lawn a mow, maybe even clean out the garage. Golf tomorrow for me, first round this year.

Our house selling is still going but wow it's depressing, almost a year for sale! Only good news is 4 new homes in our area went up for sale in the past month, including one 2 doors down yesterday, and since I dropped my price under $700K I now look grossly underpriced compared to all thse new homes listed, lol, hopefully that means a sale!

Good luck with the sale Ramster. It took my mom a year and a half, actually wasn't sold but traded. I've had a rental on market for over a year and its listed well under, very frustrating!

We have a TV series in Britain that has been running for forty nine and a half years, and I have been watching it for about 44 of those years. During that time it has kept one big secret, the name of the main character. Publicity told us that tonight we would at last learn that secret. But they lied a bit, it is a two part story and we won't know His name until the next part. A bit annoying if you have to wait a week to find out, but they are saving part two until the 50th anniversary of the first broadcast of the first episode. In other words, I've now gotta wait until 23rd November to find out.

Fuck.............

Oh well, at least I now know who the "Impossible Girl" is, and at least the episode featured Madam Vastra, the uber-sexy Sanitarian. And it finished with a kick ass bit of casting. But I am still left asking the one important question:

Doctor Who ??????

Greenie, thanks for the heads up but I had to skip X Games because of the opening round of Motocross & Dr Who. Once the final episode is aired I'll switch over to the highlights of todays events they will be showing on espn2.

Sorry, I deliberately did not mention any plot points that had not been given out in trailers and pre-publicity as I know it is shown at different times in different countries. However it did not occur to me that you may get different clips and trailers on BBC USA and may not already know everything I mentioned.

Hairless cats are expensive, so here is a money saving tip: Just get an ordinary (hairy) cat and shave it.

Or you could get round your hair allergy by getting a pet snake.

It just crossed my mind: The first ever episode was shown in the UK the day after JFK was killed (and had to be repeated a week later as people had been too shocked to sit down and watch a new sci-fi series). The 50th anniversary episode will thus be shown the day after the 50th anniversary of the assassination. I think it was long enough ago for people in Britain not to be affected by this. But what about America? He was your president, are people going to be mourning him on the 22 November, and still too upset to watch the 50th anniversary episode of a British sci-fi show?
