Default E-Mail

My e-mail default is set to Outlook Express but I want to change it to G-mail. Where do I do that? I went to Internet Options in Control Panel, selected Programs, but the only choices listed are AOL, Outlook Express and Windows Live Hotmail with no way to add G-mail. |huh

Oh, I'm running XP

What browser?

I know in Chrome, I have the Send from Gmail (by Google) extension that takes care of things for me :)

I was at a website using Chrome and clicked a link to send a mail and Outlook Express opened. I figured there must be a way to select an email to be the default.
