It's kind of a weird week around here, as last year we had our 17th & final Independence Day Party |cry| Most of them were held on July 3rd because everyone had the 4th off, so they could stay late & drink & not worry about a hangover the next day at work, which is what would have occurred if we held it on July 4th. So, it just seems weird not doing any party prep work.

Just work for me today, just like pretty much every other day of my life |fonz|

No parties here unless you count groups of people in kayaks or on bicycles. If it isn't raining we may go out with the Wednesday night paddle group.

It's raining, just like yesterday and the day before and probably tomorrow too.

Spent most of yesterday cleaning house and then watched the season start of the final season of Dexter.

Doing my usual adult work along with first of the month invoicing and then starting on a new design for lmc123.com.

No partying here either, went to a friend of a friends with those friends and did some light partying Saturday afternoon. We're in Montreal today, came last night since my daughter starts her summer dance program tomorrow and we have an 1 hour informational today.

WIFE RANT (look away lol)
My wife, in her usual fn organized way, had us come to Montreal last night and squeeze into my new 1 bedroom un-airconditioned apartment leaving me on the very uncomfortable coach because my daughter had to be at dance today from 9am-2pm... wait ALAS, she doesn't need to be there until 3pm for 1 hour!!! I bitched all weekend about having to be there today (on a fucking NATIONAL HOLIDAY) and she insisted we did need to be here at 9am! Waste of fucking time and now we're all sitting her bored as fucking shit AND we all got up at 7am because the alarm was set for then. We hit 7:30 or so and my wife says let me check my emails again so I know exactly what time we need to be there... and it says 3pm. WTF, you couldn't look, I don't know, maybe yesterday, the day before, I mean you've only had the email for a fucking month. |crazy|

Still tied up in this big demolition job, should be done by the end of the week. And then it's vacation time :)
The graspop festival was fun this weekend, it did reminded me that I'm not 16 anymore :D
