Happy 4th of July to all the Americans. Another holiday over commercialized to the point of forgetting what the holiday is for.

Beach here will be overrun with people to watch the floating barge full of fireworks this evening. Personally I'll be home staying out of the madness but the sound of fireworks already started last evening.

Other than staying safe and sound indoors away from drunken crowds just another day of work planned.

Seeing as my pain meds have been drastically cut, I have ZERO plans for today. The Bitch is going to a party at Yell's woman's sister's house, but my back would never survive that.

So I guess I'll just & work while watching this big festive party that Egypt is throwing :D

Working all day and then going to the movies to see Despicable Me 2 later :)

If you pick a movie time that ends during or just after local fireworks shows the theater is nearly empty, it's a great way to see 4th of July opening movies without the crowds.

Wishing everyone a safe day and fun

My brother in law, the one that lives in Brooklyn, ended his vacation in Belgium today and left back to the US this morning. He wanted to be there for when the fireworks started. Just got a text message he arrived there safely.

Tomorrow I'm going to finish the big demolition job I have been working on for an entire month. After that it'll be 3 weeks of not doing any demolition at all.

Other than that all is about the same as always.
