Merry The Championships @ Wimbledon Sunday!

Morning |waves|

|pokefun|Anderson Silva|lol|

Just working & watching tennis for the 1st (and probably last) time this year. Gotta root for my kin, the Scot, to bring it back home to the Brits |thumb

Then I need to finish watching Lincoln before Amazon takes it away from me |scared|

Other than that, |fonz|

No tennis watching here although I did play it, really badly, at one time.

It's windy and raining for like the zillionth time this year so kind of stuck indoors bored to hell. Finished the redo of lmc123.com yesterday and all caught up in my regular work so probably going to try to find something to do that doesn't cost anything and doesn't involve a computer.

I guess if it was the early eighties I'd snort stuff up my nose, listen to Disco and take Quaaludes but those days are long gone.

We did get a movie in yesterday and Dexter and Falling Skies is on tonight so I guess it will be a very sober become one with the couch and watch TV kind of day.

Morning. Today it's some relaxing in between cleaning out a closet. Ran to the container store yesterday and purchased some stuff while it was on sale.

Other than that I'm sure a lot of time will be spent on the computer handling some stuff and watching some tv and possibly a movie.

Have a good one.

|cheers|

Good Day :)
Currently watching F1 and when this complete I will bounce between tennis and Indy car.

Yesterday we decided to do a top down drive out to where James Dean died on a route suggested by an auto mag. I thought it would take 6-7 hours to do with stops by the map showed in the mag and never researched it further. It took us 11 hrs and just over 500 miles with temps as high as 104 and as low as 66 so it was a long day with a baking and a chilling. |pokefun| JR

We may go to D-land later today, it was the original plan, but I am feeling out of sorts from yesterdays heat so may stay home and watch a movie or two instead.

The rule in England is that when he wins he is British, when he looses he is Scottish!

He has just won, so for now he is British (we will give him back to the Scots when he next looses).

While I don't know what that means, yes, my grandmother was born over there in 1921 & immigrated here in the mid 1920's.

I think ecchi is asking you to do a bit of the old in and out on him.

Next year the Scottish people are voting on either staying in the UK or getting out.

I was sort of joking when I asked you the question because it is something you should never ask a Scotsman in public. It is a very contentious issue. If you say you want Scotland to stay part of the United Kingdom you are liable to get beaten up by those who want Independence. However if you say you want Independence you are liable to get beaten up by those who want to stay part of the UK.

The only two Scots who I know have expresses an opinion are Alex Salmon and Sean Connery. Alex Salmon is the Scottish First Minister which means he will become the equivalent of "President of Scotland" if they get Independence, so is obviously biased (he is also as mad as a box of frogs - my advice to Scotland is that if they do vote for Independence they should ditch Salmon as quickly as possible and get someone competent in the post). And Sean Connery declares that he is a proud and patriotic Scotsman, but lives in Spain!

My personal worry is that the head honcho on the Dr Who production team is Scottish, and if they gain Independence they may want him back!
