Waking up to a hot and sticky one. It's the 2nd Tuesday of the 7th month of the year 2013
 

Would have loved to have slept in but a little purring furry creature thought otherwise at 5 this morning.

The ghetto folks that won the lottery and bought the house across the street once again have been given a pile of building and zoning violations. Over the weekend they thought that it would be a good idea to replace their front yard with a gravel parking lot. They pretty much had to remove all the work that they had done on the inside of the house, get permits and redo everything up to code a few months ago. Should be fun watching how their latest DIY with no taste plays out.

Made plans to go biking yesterday evening and then just as we were getting ready to go it started raining so instead watched Dexter, True Blood and Defiance. Now that we are all caught up in TV watching may try again this evening to go biking unless it starts raining again.

Other than a chance of getting out in what is a very hot and sticky day so far just a day of my usual work planned along with a trip to the gym.

No ghetto lottery winners or small furry creatures here, but it is hot & sticky! It's 69° (|thumb) right now - and that's gonna be the low for the next 24 hours. And the humidity is at fucking 94%!!

Just work yesterday for me & today looks like more of the same.

Another hot day here. Did some pre-vacation shopping today and even a bit of online stuff. Off to bed now. Have a good one all!

Afternoon. Been working on paperwork all day while fighting through a shit hangover. Drank while on vacation and didn't get any hangover. Have two beers last night and get up this morning to my brain looking to escape. wtf?

Waiting for some more paperwork to come through and then I should be all set for the day. Until then I'm surfing around and watching a little tv. Later this afternoon I'm going to go into code mode.

It is probably the brand of beer that is to blame. When I used to drink heavily I could drink a gallon of most beers and not have a hangover, but a few brands gave me a hangover if I drank more than one.

This is not due to the different amounts of alcohol in different beers, some of the "bad" ones were lower than the "good" ones. I'm told it is probably due to what additives each beer uses.

Back when I drank heavily, I had the exact same problem. Certain beers would just kill me the next day, where others were not nearly as bad.
