Well, I learned the hard way that I shouldn't do Aqua Therapy on back-to-back days. I did my normal routine & didn't feel too bad until I got out of the pool, and then, boy did I feel it :( I had to have The Bitch walk me up to the house |pokefun||greenguy|

I'd like to take it easy today, but we have to adjust some of the AC vents, as parts of the house are nice & cool, while others are just sweatboxes |angry|

Until then, it's work & The (British) Open on my iPad because Time Warner stopped working last night when the power went out |banghead|

Should be still asleep but little furry creatures have decided else wise.

Kind of sore from last night's paddle. We only did four miles but went against a strong tide both ways plus a strong wind that oddly was against us both ways.

Looking at the weather this morning trying to decide whether to chance getting caught in a thunder storm on a friend's boat or stay home and clean house.

Working a bit this morning but we have a wedding to go to this afternoon and evening so that'll absorb my day. Worst thing is I don't even know these people, wouldn't recognize hem if I ran them over with my car lol

Up and doing work as this afternoon I will be going out to visit family and then tomorrow morning wife and I have plans so not much work happening this weekend.

Went hiking and climbing up a trail Sat atop the rock for a few hours feeling completely zen for a while.
