I have Sleep Apnea & I use a mouth guard, because that fucking machine is hell to sleep with. The mouth guard doesn't make me 100%, but it's better than nothing. Anyway, it broke a couple weeks ago, so I'd been without it while my dentist got me a new one. And boy oh boy, have I felt it. I've been taking 3-4 hour naps as well as sleeping 8-10 hours at night. So I got it back last week, but nothing really changed. So last night I got sick of it & stopped taking any meds that make me drowsy or assist me in sleeping. I was in bed for about 8 hours last night & I was probably awake for 4-5 of them. So far today, I feel decent, but lunch will be the true test, seeing as that's around the time I get really sleepy.

Not sure why I typed all that up for all of you :)

No Sleep Apnea here but I did toss and turn all night due to being rather sore from yesterday's paddle around the Wilton Manors loop. We managed to get back to the launch site just before the afternoon thunder storms moved in.

Just a day of work planned and then watching last night's True Blood.

Working today and again tomorrow then I am gone for 3 days to go down east to be with a friend who's wife died early Sunday morning. 46 years old, 2 young kids 5 and 6, and diagnosed with cancer March 10 and dead 4+ months later. Spent most of that time in the hospital too :(

Morning. I'll lighten things up. I had a blast this past weekend in Phx. Saturday enjoyed my friends pool having some beers and enjoying some hot weather. Then Sunday slept in, had a really nice breakfast, and then drove home. All in all not a bad weekend. I also got some good coding work done as well. Much better than the week before with all work.

Anyway, today I'm working away on some projects.
