Tuesday Is Day 2 With No Sleep

Well, Day 2 of no sleep aids has lead me to about 3 hours of sleep since Sunday afternoon. I feel pretty good, but this has to end soon.

No sleep issues other that having to spend all evening replacing out garbage disposal and not getting to bed until after midnight.

Last evening we made a few gallons of juice and the when we were cleaning up everything we see water coming out from under the kitchen sink. Turned out that our garbage disposal's motor seal had rotted out so with 20 miutes before closing Christy went over to Best Buy and bought a new one. It gets good reviews and seems to work just fine but came with extra parts that fit a different models and directions that are as clear as mud. We spent hours trying to figure out why we had parts left over until we did some Googling and found out that they just throw parts in the box for all their models and not all are used.

Just a day of doing my usual work planned along with a trip to the gym and picking up food for my Macaws. Hopefully there won't be any plumbing issues today.

I have clean carpets after renting a wet vac and blasting through our house three times. Thrilling, I know. BTW I recommend not having carpets for ANY room in Florida, especially with pets.

Ripped out all our carpets and tiled the entire house after hurricane Frances. We sweep our floors with a broom about once a week and once in a while mop the whole house. Could not be happier about not having carpet.

LOL, I have all hardwood and marble floors....but then I put rugs over them...go figure

No carpets for us and definitely love the hardwood. Working today then down east for a Thursday funeral.

Up late working on stuff only to have the cat wake me up to feed him and then wake me up to feed the outside cat since he gets treats when I do this. Have already had nap and plan on another later.

Have hardwood floors and like Meatpounder have rugs over them so you have to sweep, swiffer and vacuum. Personally, I want carpet and padding back since I have problems with my feet even thou I like the look of hardwood better. At this point in my life I prefer to be comfortable :)
