Saturday Morning...
 

Morning.

Yesterday was easily the most stressful day of my life. I can't get into details yet, but I will - and it will SHOCK you! I now know what it feels like to have a panic/anxiety attack - and it's not good. I can say that all is well now, for me anyway. The other party involved has no idea the hell they have unleashed, but they will.

I'm just gonna work as much as I can today, since I got nothing done yesterday. Then, maybe some Aqua Therapy & a movie.

No anxiety here but annoyed. Got up before sunrise to go boating with a friend that likes to get out on the water super early. He called to say that he is having an issue with the girl that he is fucking on the side that now wants to tell his wife about their affair.

Guess we are going to take our tandem kayak out to the local reef instead since the ocean is perfectly smooth today with the wind out of the west. A lot more work than going out on our friend's power boat not to mention being limited to only one reef but at least we don't have to be involved in someone's love triangle of drama.

Seeing as our boating buddy is having mistress issues we decided to take our tandem kayak out to snorkel from. Ocean was flat when we got there but as soon as we got out in the water a huge squall moved in and the WeatherBug Spark Alert told us to "seek shelter now." Ocean got rough with white caps and we had all we could do to get back to shore. I don't think we have ever gotten all our gear loaded back up so fast. It's amazing the motivation that lightning gives.

Morning... I'm just sitting in a silent house while the lady and dog still sleep. It's nice. I have to move more of my shit down into the garage later today. Not looking forward to that. Other than that though it's going to be a pretty mellow day. I might go have a drink around sunset today with a friend at the beach. Oh and my old roommate is coming into town from SF. It will be good to see her.
