Need help on making a 404 page!

I forgot how to make a 404 page can anyone tell me how or give me any info on making one? I'd appreciate it a lot thanks

Make a plain text file and name it ".htaccess" without the quotes. Put this file at the root of your domain.

Put this in that file

ErrorDocument 404 http://URL-of-the-page
