FNCash / Fleshlight - banned acc for no reason

Well... I've been doing pretty good with them for years, selling a dozen of fleshlights on a monthly basis until they suspended my acc for "breaking their TOS": Promoting via newsgroup.
There was no spam, just a few questions about fleshlight and exact answers.

I don't know how much have they stolen from me since i've been on vacations, but it's a few hundreds of unpaid bucks and future sales from the links.

Daniel who's behind that mess suggested me to create another acc with them and continue promote them:

So they keep all the traffic from my banned acc

I've blacklisted them for that reason and asking everyone to support me in that situation.

BTW i remind another threads bashing FNCash or suggesting not to do business with them, would be grateful if you provide links

Let me get this straight:

1 - Their TOS says to not promote them via newsgroups
2 - You did promote them via newsgroups
3 - They banned you for breaking their TOS

That's not "banned acc for no reason". You fucked up & they banned you based on your violation of their TOS.

You are at fault here, NOT them.

So... that whole situation gets another twist, since they banned my acc but my links are still working and they get new sales with those.
I've talked to one wise gfyer and he brought some pretty good point:
if it's against the TOS, why are the links still active
that means they just changed your PW
beyond shady
It appears they are 100% scam as far as my links are active, but i can't access my account.

Way to just breeze past my post. You truly are pathetic.

If it was just questions that were asked and answered, it should not be an issue. Sometimes affiliates are well informed about the product. If any kind of affiliate link was involved, well.. that is a whole different story.

daizzy...your first post...I agree with Greenie's response

daizzy...your second post...only YOU have to agree to their tos, they can do whatever they want because it is their product! Either you did not read the tos or ignored what was written, either way you were the one that broke the agreement.

I can understand your frustration in the loss of revenue but you really need to let it go.

It's not like your sending hits to their sales page which then says look at all the interactive models or live dates with links to a different domain and if they buy from that page your affiliate link is overwritten like they do with Real Touch. To me that's shady!
