It's the last Monday of August 2013
 

Got up at 6:15 to go to the gym with Christy. Today marked one year of going to the gym ever week without missing a week. I still get pain from walking but now I can walk for over a mile whereas not long ago I couldn’t walk from one side of my house to the other side without having to stop in pain.

Just another fun filled day of pushing like plastic keys and a plastic mouse around.

Good Day :)
Late start to working on biz since I decide to make a section of the trench I've dug wider. At least I was able to finish that today followed by pain med and icing the back.

Can't believe it's the last week of the month already since my sales tell me it's only the beginning of week 2 :(
