I really need to start getting more sleep. I wish I could blame all the mistakes that I made yesterday on weed but the truth is I haven't consumed any in days.

Trying to get myself motivated to do work but feeling a bit like...why bother. Hopefully I can break this funk or at least push thru it.

Well I'm homeless again lol. Moved out of the apartment I was renting in downtown Montreal and don't move into the new place until Monday. Can't wait either as we'll all be moving in and it's a nice sized 3 bedroom so 1 bedroom will become a home office and I'll actually be all set up properly and able to get some real work done. I haven't done SHIT since mid July!

Staying at a friend's back in Ottawa tonight and golfing tomorrow. I won't be around this weekend since I won't have a computer after I leave work today so enjoy your weekend!

Been up & working on legit work since 6:00, but after this, I need to put myself into full Fantasy Football mode as I have an online draft today at 4:00 in a "high stakes" league called The Footballguys Players Championship. The entry fee is $350 (good thing I won BIG in my other leagues last season) and the grand prize, which I am realistic enough to know I have a VERY slim chance at, is $250,000!! It's a Head-to-Head league & they have payouts for the Top 400, where the Top 200 at least get their money back, plus a lot of other "bells & whistles" prizes, and, the always popular Toilet Bowl |flush|

After that draft, I need to get ready for my big local league & our live draft in The Pool House tomorrow at Noon. This league is pretty big, too, with a $225 entry fee. I did win $950 in it last year, which is why I've got enough |$$$| on hand to try that $350 league.

All this while I'm constantly annoyed by my mother with questions she can look up in her newspaper & on the TV guide |banghead|

Got some online stuff done, filled the jeep with discounted gas (savings earned from grocery store points), visited two banks, then stocked up on food and other necessaries. A little more online work and then I think I'm going to act like it's the start of a holiday weekend.

Another offline work week passed without anything worth mentioning. I did get a big cut in my thumb this morning but other than that nothing happened.

Oh yeay, and I think Paul Markham is having a closing down sale judging from the emails he has been sending on a weekly base for the last 4 months or so...

A couple years ago, the week after one of our big Independence Day parties, The Bitch filled the tank at our local Grocery & Gas store. Seeing as she'd bought a shitload of parties supplies in the weeks leading up, we had a lot of points. So, she filled up the tank with 20 or so gallons & looked at the total of the sale: $0.83 |thumb Seems that our points covered all but $0.03-9/10ths of each gallon |lol|

Fuck, now that's what I call a fucking discount.

I only saved about 60 cents a gallon.

I guess I need to throw more parties.
