I'd like a nice 53º day. It'll be at least 89º with plenty of humidity and some rain later of course since it's the rainy season here.

Work today is blog posting and newsletter prep. Then blog gallery submissions and probably getting some new banners into OpenX.

Had an interesting documentary on in the background this morning. "Standing in the Shadows of Motown" tells the story of the studio musicians known as The Funk Brothers, a group of jazz and blues musicians who played on more number one hits than the Beach Boys, the Rolling Stones, Elvis and the Beatles combined. From 1959 to 1973 they backed The Temptations, The Supremes, The Miracles, the Four Tops, Gladys Knight & the Pips, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, and many others. It's on Showtime Showcase E this month.

Muggy as hell though. Just took my second shower of the day since going to the gym in this humidity resulted in being soaked with sweat.

Got up at 5am to hit the gym with Christy. They totally redid the LA Fitness that is near our home and made it really nice with all new equipment so now I can ride my bike to the gym instead of driving to the one that is 6 miles away.

Just finished brunch.

Also just finished doing update's to Michele's website. Added the new logo that I did for them a few days ago and also added a lightbox popup for the pissed off piano player and the weekly specials.

Going to have a screen full of tits, dicks and twats for the rest of the day before going to the grocery store and buying enough food for all the toilet paper that Christy bought at Target yesterday.

Working away as usual but I am off tomorrow for a golf weekend, my usual 3 day golf fall trip. Cold out there though so hopefully for the next 2 days we at least get to 70.

Had a great dinner last night and celebrated Rosh Hashanah and a birthday for someone last night. First time ever hearing around Rosh Hashanah!

Heatwave continue so wife and I are going to an aquarium and whale watching boat cruise today. Hopefully it will be cooler out on the water.
