Saturday the 14th of September

Autumn hit us today, windy, chilly and a bit of rain.
But you know what? I like it, Autumn is an awesome season.

Tired of adding login security to all my blogs, but soon finished now.

Some heavy metal blasting out of the speakers.

Good day to do work!

Trying to wake up. Actually I've been up since before sunrise for no reason other than being so sore from the gym that I couldn't sleep.

Mind is willing but body is exhausted... ocean is flat and is calling for a day of snorkeling.

Other than the possibility of getting wet today we need to go to the grocery store and do some house cleaning.

Merry Saturday The 14th |waves|

Well, yesterday was a very hellish day for me. On Wednesday night, I got a new/different pain in my lower back. I didn't think much of it at the time, because I was kinda active that day with Aqua Therapy & running around to doctor's & whatnot. About mid-afternoon on Thursday, it came back in a BIG way, so I medicated myself & took it easy for the rest of the day. Well, I woke up yesterday & whatever it is was just fucking KILLING me!! |cry| I was inspecting the area with my fingers & thought I could actually feel a disk that was "out". So I went to the chiropractor & he adjusted me, which made things worse, but in a good way, because most of the time when I get adjusted, it's more painful before it gets better. He said that the one disk wasn't exactly out, but on the verge. And what I felt on my back when I ran my fingers over it was swelling. So, once again, I medicated myself & took it easy. It feels a little better today & doesn't hurt too much when I sit or lay down, but as soon as I get up & start to move around...OUCH!!

So I'm working now & basically hoping that the pain doesn't come back.

Other than that, I have this strange urge to watch College Football today at 3:30, just to see if Johnny "Football" Manziel can continue to make an ass of himself while playing some GREAT football.

The Bitch & I are also going to see if we can find a few* friends to come over & throw in for the big boxing PPV titled "The One" between Floyd "Money" Mayweather & Saul "Canelo" Alvarez. Should be a good fight & I really want to see if Mayweather gets his ass handed to him, seeing as I think he's a pompous asshole.
* seeing as the PPV is $74.99, we're hoping to find at least 13 more people to each throw in $5 LOL

That's about it! And, if you were kind/bored enough to read all that..... |fonz|

I did, but why not watch soccer? |lol|

Guess it's futile to discuss soccer in here....... |catfight|

Good Day :)
Woke up late and then family showed up unexpected so not much work going on. The only good thing is I had another one of those lifetime membership sales this morning.

NBC & ESPN are trying to push that English Premier League over here (Everton vs Chelsea was on NBC today at 12:30 PM) but, for me, it's kinda hard to watch those games/matches since I don't have a team to root for.

But, I will say that the US teams are becoming very popular over here, with the women coming in 2nd in their last World Cup & the men already qualifying for their next World Cup by |catfight| Mexico last Tuesday :D

Know exactly what you mean.
My favorite sport is Formula 1 and lately my Motor-sport channel has started to send all Nascar races too. I think it's cool to watch, but I can't seem to find one to root for.
(Ok, Montoya comes from F1, so I'm following him, but he was never a favorite back then)

Argh, I'm rambling again. Think I crawl to bed

Pick your favorite number between 00 & 100 (including all the 01, 02 types as well as the 1, 2 types) Then go see if that number is on a car :D

Seriously, it's ok to root for a couple guys. I like Jimmie Johnson, Tony Stewart, Kevin Harvick, and a couple others.

Things are bad. Doctors can't diagnose what is causing my low energy. :(
