Why Does Fat Pays Program Allow Stolen Content?
I was wondering if anyone knew why the Fat Pays program allows its members to use stolen content. This guy at www.fuckedbbw.com is using many different peoples content to advertise for fat pays. My exclusive content is all over his damn site. Who knows how many other sites this person has or how many other people Fat Pays is allowing to do this. The person also used bogus info when buying his domain.
Any ideas? Thanks to anyone that can help! |
If fuckedbbw.com has your content on their servers, your beef is with them - this has happened to me a number of times & I always cc'd in the sponsor tha that the thief was promoting while using my content, but I don't think the sponsor is legally obligated to do anything (even if canceling that guys account is the right thing to do)
I'd contact a lawyer. |
I'd have a letter sent to his host and registrar and him if you can find him.

Hi Tiffany, i found one of my models content on there teh other day. Sent him a warning in the email he used on his registrar details and he has taken it down.... seems he has some sort of haveresting script which gathers pics from other galleries and uses them in his own templates or something |angry|

Hi TiffanyC. |waves| welcome to the board :)
I would email him and ask him to take your stuff down. If that fails, like GG said, contact a lawyer. |
Hi Tiffany welcome to the mix :)

Hi Tiffany,
Have you contacted Fat Pays? They may not know it's happening as I can tell you from experience it's impossible to track what every affiliate is doing. This type of thing has happened to me a number of times and I usually send a few emails to various addresses at the host and the sponsor. About 95% of the time I get good responces and see things disappear. |
Thanks guys!
Thanks for all your help guys! Shit, I hate it when they do this, content is what, $25 for a 100 pics? Why can't people just buy it from a content provider? Geeze!
I contacted Fat Pays and they are helping big time! Thanks for suggesting contacting them! All the info on the registration for the domain was bogus and got me now where. Hey MrMaryLou! Good to talk to you again after so long! |
