Meeting with a main stream client today to finish up a site and then it's off to Niagara On The Lake (near Niagara Falls, Ontario) for some R&R (though it's supposed to rain much of the weekend).

Returned to the gym this morning. First time since my leg messed up again. Didn't try to do the treadmill but did do a bunch of leg machines. I think I'm seeing a small improvement which is giving me hope that I can avoid another hospital stay.

My usual day of work planned along with a few errands.

Today's might be the last time I'm around here for a couple of days, as I have Ramster coming into town for tonight's Sabres/Senators game, as well as our big local Fantasy Hockey Auction & Draft tomorrow. Then, Sunday is a good 10+ hours of watching football, and Monday has a couple of doctor's appointments.
