Happy Canadian Thanksgiving! (Oct-14-2013)
 

Good morning!

It's turkey eating day here in Canada. My wife decided it was going to be a lunch thing so friends and family are coming over for 1pm. Today is also the day I download my backups (of the last resort) in case of server hardware failure, etc.

Later I will be watching some Canadian football.

Government offices and no mail here today in celebration of an Italian dude coming to the Americas and starting the genocide of its native people.

Seems Christy forgot to renew hew licensee plate so I get to drive her around today. Would be nice to be able to renew it today but tag agency is closed in celebration of an Italian dude coming to the Americas and starting the genocide of its native people.

Other than leaving the house a half a dozen times to drive Christy to her next job just going to be home banging on the keyboard,

Hopefully my day of driving will go better than this person's dive this morning.

So far today, I spent about 3 hours processing the Add/Drop's for one of my Fantasy Hockey Leagues, but that was broken up by a trip to the pharmacy to pick up some scripts so that I can move around the house, not constantly have leg & arm spasms, have loose stool, get all the vitamins the FDA's RDA's call for, and so that I don't become a blubbering mess when certain songs come on the radio |pokefun||greenguy| It really is silly when you look at what all the pills you take on a daily basis actually do :D

Now, 5 hours after I woke up, I think I'll start doing some work |fonz|

Nonsense. The vikings found Canada and it rightfully belongs to Denmark ... though having tried without luck for 50years to get Greenland to declare independence, I doubt Denmark actually wants anymore eskimos in their glorious empire.

ahh well.. apart from that another day done in "wonderland"

They have the EXACT same Holidays as we do, except all theirs started a year or 2 after ours :D
