Anyone knows if the links functionality has gone?

I tried to include Greenguy, Cleo and some more nice people this evening into the 'proper' linksystem in WP, but I couldn't find it.

Damn, a paid theme I use on a couple of sites doesn't work. It's not responsive so I should change it anyhow.

Yeah i found alot of the elegant themes hate 3.7 and dies ... proceed with caution
