It's a house cleaning day here since it's a rainy kind of day.

Once again, I apologize for my absence. This is what happens when you realize on Friday night (Day 11) that your doctor wrote you a 14 day supply of your meds instead of the 15 day supply he was supposed to write |banghead|

I was in the gym for the first time in years .... geez, im dead, destroyed and wankered

Geez, I miss the gym, I used to go 5 days a week, every week for a 1 hour minimum. I really enjoyed it. I got a kick out of my strength and endurance increasing and being able to add an extra weight to the various machines. It made me feel like popeye after a dose of vile spinach!
