So, I guess it's officially Winter |snowman| You can barely tell up here, since it's currently 51° & the 3 feet of snow we had over the last 2 weeks is almost all melted. I can't wait to go down to The Pool House later & see where it flooded this time |banghead|


I ended up working past 11:00 PM last night, which is VERY late for me. You think I'd be able to sleep in? Nope! That gosh darn Shit Fairy woke me up at 5:15 |mrhanky|

So I'm up & working, but as soon as The Bitch gets up, it'll be time for me to put on my Not-So-Handyman Hat & fix a couple things around the house. But my reward will be a stomach ache from eating way too much raw cookie dough, since she's also planned to bake a boatload of Xmas cookies today |fonz|

Sleep like crap last night with too much on my mind due to having an insanely busy day yesterday.

Still in bed whishing I could fall back asleep.

No real plans for today. My go over to the gym for a bit or may do some yard work or just stay in bed all day.

Just got back from helping my mother and her boyfriend move to their new house, well we did as much as possible. They moved from a big house to a really big house on 12.5 acres of land. It even has a big pond where me and the kids can go fishing :)
Other than that I'm just going to lit the fireplace and spent the rest of the day indoors.

Feeling better today. I can breath of out of both nostrils now! I guess I will do a bit of work today.

We're getting freezing rain today so the snow is still on the ground but now very packed. Driving on side streets is not very good but the main drags are salted and okay.

Time for some more Advil. Have a good one! |thumb

When did they start using salt on the streets again up there? Or is that a town-by-town thing?

More bloody Christmas shopping today. Bah Humbug!

Thanks for that. I had to go out in driving rain and strong winds today. At least I was able to tell myself "it could be worse".

In the City of Toronto they've never stopped. There is a salt depot for the trucks not far from my house. They also use brine now too.
