It's Boxing Day/Day Of Goodwill/Second Christmas Day (2013-12-26)

It's Boxing Day here is Canada which is now just another name for an orgy of after Christmas shopping. Not for me but for millions of my fellow Canadians.

I ate and drank way too much yesterday but feeling fine today. I may do some work on the computer plus I have to now shovel snow as we've received a significant fall in the last 24 hours.

I think bah humbug best describes this year's holiday season. Just about no one where I live put up decorations. Most people that I've talked to commented that maybe next year will be better. Personally I think the holidays have been commercialized to the point of killing them.

Just a day of work planned along wit having to run a few errands to pickup some cables and stuff from the drug store.

Is it January 2nd yet?

Actually been pretty easy this year. Mostly due to avoiding almost anything holiday related. Helps that we don't have malls or big shopping areas down here. A little online ordering and out to a simple dinner last night. Looking forward to the post-2013 world too.

Yesterday was nice but a little warm, even had to turn on the AC. Happy the holidays are over for the most part and the last of family have left already :D

Should be somewhat back to normal work today or next week as I feel I need to recover from all the traveling, family and stress of my server failing twice during the past couple of weeks.
