I wonder if companies that deal with certain things are, well, anal by definition.

What I mean is that I get emails similar to that at times (plus some more strongly-worded ones from in-house counsel) because of product brand names that appear in some old sex stories. ...and the company sending me those emails makes enema nozzles.

It was a feeling of Auld Lang Syne seeing how many people were in that morning thread, and of course some of the people not around anymore.
