It's a Gumbo Limbo start of January 26, 2014
 

Due to a moment of insanity yesterday I agreed to go kayaking in the mangroves around the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center today. It's something that I've been wanting to do, just not in fifty degree weather. Hopefully by the time we get in the water things will have heated up to at least the sixties.

Other that freezing my ass off in a little plastic boat going to do some house cleaning before becoming one with the couch and watching a movie.

No boats here. They'd be frozen. The only thing I have on tap is going to a music concert that my brother and sister-in-law are in. Maybe a drink and dinner out with the family afterward.

Good Sunday morning.

Cold as hell here too and I slept like crap last night, up at 4am with this crazy sore throat and flem. I just couldn't breath well enough to sleep I guess :(

We're having a Birthday party today for our youngest son who turned 1 a few days ago. His uncles and aunts, grandparents and great grandparents are coming over for what might turn out to be a mighty rave party. Or something like that...

My soccer team also got it's 1st win of the season. 3-2 and I gave the assist for the winning goal.

Other than that al is good.

Wife and I are going to D-land for the afternoon since all the kids came over last night. After that we will finish watching the mini series Klondike on the dvr.
