Welcome To The Work Week!
Morning! |waves|
I took it easy yesterday after a very active Saturday out & about. I also got some bad news about an old friend that we all know & love (I'll post about it on the main forum after this) Just a 1/2 day of work planned for me |fonz| |
More bad news about people we know. I thinking this person is female. :(
On a more positive note my cat is looking much better and is much less jaundice this morning. Just finished giving her all her meds and force feeding her. She actually drank water on her own after feeding and is getting so strong that Christy had to help me hold her while we gave her all her morning meds and food. She doesn't seem to enjoy having meds and food shoved down her throat at all though. Just a day of work planned with a strong possibility of an afternoon bike ride planned so far on this beautiful weather day. |
Good morning world |waves|
Several days of mostly nothing but dawn to dark work to get ready for taking some time AFK when a good friend visits later this week. Tonight is bocce league at the local park so I'll probably go support my neighborhood team. There are no little old Italian men playing, so everyone just rolls the bocce like they have no idea it's a three-dimensional battle that includes aerial (volo) attacks, but they can't be expected to do what they don't know. @Cleo - those are all good signs, hope things continue to improve for your kitty. Wishing a good new week to all. :) |
Good morning. |coffee
@Cleo Good to hear about your cat! I have to make a trip downtown to take a picture of a tree fence built on my new neighbour's property and send it to the City. That is one step that must be taken before we can get the building permit for our property. Oh yeah, that and a $7,000+ deposit on the tree! We'll see how much time I will have after I trip down and back before a meeting at 4pm. Got to get started on some mainstream work ASAP. Have a great day! |thumb |
Nothing new or great going on here so I'll say good morning!
|
Good Day :)
Work to do and a couple of chores after spending most of the weekend with family. @Cleo, good to hear your furry friend is getting better |
Had a great weekend. Went to play mini golf and we laughed at how many times I lost my ball from my POWER SWING.

DAMN, unlike the first two games, Settlers III is not a MSdos program. It works fine on Windows XP without me having to bugger with it. So I loaded it on my main computer without considering the consequences. This means that I can play it at any time without having to boot up my old 98 box. In other words - whenever I feel like not working I can give up and play Settlers. I do not have the willpower for this. I guess I am about to go broke through not working enough.
Damn you eBay, for selling me a non-dos game that is so addictive! |
