I like the concept. I'll try some traffic to it, but it seems a bit shaky. First impressions:

I'd guess they were paid a few bucks to read something and that's that.

So many profiles have double initials. Kennedy Kernswell, Amber Anderson, Alicia Anderson, Aria Alvaraz, Avery Ammerman, Rikki Rhineman, Esmerelda Emmario.... all over. Adds to the 'fake' vibe. :(

Seems 90% of the profiles were added in March.

I agree with you on some of your points.

1. The site was started in March.

2. I don't like a lot of the names of the girls either, but I can assure you they are real and are all active on the site. wome people think I have the greatest job in the world going to the www.GFMate.com studio to be surrounded by 120 18 to 21-year-old girls and I can assure you it can be a nightmare at times

3. These girls are not exactly thespians, so if a lot of what they are saying sounds scripted because they just copy what their friend said in some of the other videos they watched. we are working on improving this

You're the boss, tell them this and get them to change their "stage name".

I'd go for quality over quantity if I were you. If the client's don't like or don't trust the "genuineness" of your girls they will go to your competition, and you loose money. Talk nicely to the bad ones, try to get them to improve. But if they can't or won't you need to let them go. You have enough girls that you can afford to thin the pack a bit.
