Good morning.

Tough day yesterday. The shit that happened in Ottawa with an innocent young reserve guard shot dead in cold blood where we have called home for the past 17 years prior to our temp living here in Montreal. Plus my wife is working all week in Ottawa but thankfully south and not near downtown. My father called last night to tell me he has prostate cancer. He has a cat scan Nov 10th to determine if it spread and at that time they'll decide on treatment. He's 75 so not good. My friend 'Kingley', Greenie knows him, we went to Buffalo a few years ago to see a Bills game... anyway he's been battling cancer as well for a couple of years now and I was told last night "I should get to Ottawa and see him real soon, he's home in bed in rough shape" :(

When I'd order a salad a friend would say to me "THAT's NOT food, That's what food Eats!!!" |bananna|

That shit that happened in Canada yesterday made me think that Canada is catching up with the USA. :(

It's another rainy day here. The rain is coming down sideways, looks like armageddon.

So far this morning I had to take my microwave apart in order to change its lightbulb. Luckily I had bought two bulbs when it burnt out a few years ago, but did have to Google how to do it again.

I just sent off my resume to this place in case Proposition 2 passes here.

Other than that just my usual day of work and working out.

There are some seriously dedicated people fishing out in this storm this morning.

So the other day I got some troll comments on a blog of mine by 'shaun' which I did not approve.

Then next day I got the comment like 'admin why won't you approve my comments' which I did approve and then replied 'cause you are a dick'.

Just because the two of you think she is ugly does not mean everyone does. I bet your mom thinks your good looking and I would not approve anyone being brutally honest about your looks. (no need to let him know they are one in the same)

Cleo - Those fishermen remind me of a line in a documentary about fishing on TV some years back. Two guys were fishing in pouring rain and one said to the other "I'll be glad when we've had enough."

HowlingWulf - I watch a bit of women's boxing, the serious stuff as well as the "foxy boxing" type. A few professional women boxers are not what you would call good looking.
