Prepping for a colonoscopy tomorrow so I am staying home today. It's not as bad as some people make it out to be. My brother had colon cancer a number of years ago so that doubles my risk.

I will be moving up stuff from my basement to take to my locker, in preparation for our house sale. Also, it's time to make some more galleries.

Actually my doctor has been asking me to get a colonoscopy.

Just finished getting access back to my DirecNic account. I had two step authentication turned on, but didn't realise that when I upgraded my phone Google Authenticator would need to be setup again. All is well now and I just finished setting up Google Authenticator again.

Just finished designing a letterhead and flyer for a Presbyterian Ministry. Money is money, so whatever.

Spent most of yesterday bike riding.

I see that my new hitch mounted bike rack is sitting at the post office, but there isn't any mail today. Not getting the hitch installed until Frida anyway, but like a kid on Xmas I want my stuff today. lol

Good Morning :)

I chickened out on removing the beard but I did actually give it a trim since I will have it a little longer.

Doing my monthly deposit and bills today so I will be grumpy the rest of day.

It saved my brother's life. You're somewhat unconscious during the procedure so you feel nothing. The worst part of the prep day is having to drink a lot of clear liquids and being a bit hungry. Sure, there is a some diarrhea but we've all been there before. |flush| You should get it done.

Good morning all. I am surviving Vegas, so far so good but here until Friday so have quite a few more days to try and win my money back LOL

All these people getting a colonoscopy, I see mileage in taking a camera and setting up a fetish site! :)

I'm just spending the day working and moaning about the cold. I did a bit of shopping earlier and scored some cheap bacon - that is about as exciting as my life gets these days!
