It's Saturday & The New Meds Aren't Working!

My doc put me on a new med for my leg spasms & after taking it for 2 days, I'm done! |angry| Most of my leg spasms happen when I'm sleeping, but this med has me all out-of-sorts & I can't sleep! |pokefun||greenguy| I've been in this zombie like state where I'm half awake & really tired, but I can't sleep. So who knows if they work or not for that, but |waves| to you!

Started watching Season 3 of House Of Cards last night...so far, so good |thumb

Invited to lunch with my cousin today. Several other members of the family were there too. On the way there (I got a lift from an aunt) I learnt that one of my other cousins (who was also there) was pregnant. So had a ten minute journey to practise NOT saying "At your age!?!? You left it a bit late didn't you?"

To be fair, waiting until the last minute to reproduce tends to be a tradition in my family. Of the women in my generation (sister, cousins, etc) only one bothered starting breeding before they were well into their forties.

No meds here, but I really wish I had some for pain right now as my leg is killing me today. Hopefully it's just because I really overdid it yesterday at the gym and then spending a bunch of time swimming and then walking.

It's pouring rain here so I've been watching the new season of House of Cards since I woke up. Only one episode left so I guess I'll have to find something else to do after I watch it.

I might head over to the gym to soak in their spa again later today as it really seems to help my leg.

I have been playing on Twitter which, from what I can tell, is fucking pointless. I had 17 followers this morning. Now I have 16. There goes my chance of getting a phd in social media. I am struggling with the lack of interaction.

If it's any consolation, you are doing better than me. And I had one "friend" who joined me because I made a "Women are stronger than men" tweet, and she assumed I was a feminist. Then she discovered that I probably made the comment because I am pushing a book called "Mistress Of Planet Dominatrix", and promptly "un-friended" me!
