Well, I think the effects of that new med I tried finally wore off yesterday - just horrendous how bad it made me feel. Been working on finding The Bitch a job, most because I'm sick of her being home 24/7 |lol|

I'd post more, but I'm being told I have to drive The Bitch, our dog Rufus, and our niece's little guy to the store |pokefun||greenguy|

I'm sunburned. Not real bad, but just enough to be annoying as hell.

Just my usual day of work, errands, gym, and more work.

I'm planning on leaving my kayak in my driveway on its trailer since I'm living alone these days and planning on doing a lot of kayaking so I need to go buy a tarp for it to keep the sun off it. Looks like Home Depot has the best prices on tarps.

Good Morning :)

Lots of rain yesterday but I see blue skies outside my window which is good since I have to run a couple of errands.

Cleo, looks like that could easily be stolen. I'm sure you have it chained up but it's like your begging someone to try. I use to keep a trailer backed into the garage so at any time you can open up the garage, hook up and go.

No room in my garage with my Vette parked in there. I would like to have a huge gate put on my wooden fence so that I could wheel it into my backyard, but can't afford that right now.

That is a concern of mine. There are lots of boats parked in driveways where I live, but I think I'm the only kayak on a trailer.

Besides having a lock on the hitch there is a cable through a wheel and a cable bike lock though one of the kayak's scupper holes locking it to the trailer. Also that picture is a screen grab from my front yard surveillance camera. I also have a very bright sodium flood light on it at night.

I think having a trap over it will also help plus I can leave it rigged if it is covered.

Good afternoon. Usual work day for me as I work on traffic and getting more of it lol

Shitty journey home from my friend's place. Got to the station and there is a train broken down in the tunnel, all trains cancelled for at least two hours. I have an alternate route, it involves a mile walk and two train journeys, but better than waiting two hours plus. Or so I thought. Got to the mainline station for the second service, and someone has killed themselves by jumping in front of a train. Another long wait while they sort that out. When they finally do, the driver has got fed up and pissed off somewhere, takes them ages to find him. Finally a working train, and driver are re-united. But by that time we have long missed our slot (at this point I am in a train in one of London's busiest stations, there are a lot of delayed trains waiting to move, and all of them are now ahead of us). Then when finally we do get off, and arrive home, they have already closed the side exit from the station and I have to walk round. It only adds an extra few minutes on, but it makes me miss my tram home from the station. Even more delays. I am now ready to kill someone.

I have no idea how annoying the sunburn is to you, but I bet you not as annoyed by it as we are by the fact that you can get sunburned while the rest of us are still in winter underwear and big heavy coats!

P.S. Is the futon so the thieves can have a sit down before taking your kayak? :)
