I got to watch the entire Caps/Rangers game yesterday |banana| Sadly, because of the |horse| & |knockout|, that was the only game the NHL scheduled yesterday :( Today, it's |golf that I hate, because, even though there's 3 games scheduled for today, the 1st one isn't until 6 PM |banghead|

The Bitch went out bar hopping in a limo bus last night for her girlfriend's birthday. I was invited, but not drinking makes shit like this about as appealing as going on a tour of casinos with no money.

Working now, since she's still sleeping, then I'm told I have to go help clean up all the dead branches that fell off our trees over the winter so the lawn can be mowed...

Stayed up late last night watching episodes of Damages on Netflix.

Doing a bit of work and then going kayaking this afternoon with a group from a local pub. They are all big drinkers and bringing lots of snacks and alcohol. I don't drink when kayaking so not sure how today will go.

I mentioned a few days ago how I accidentally bought a boxed set of "Mentalist" DVDs that I had already seen. Well I am re-watching the episodes, have got through just over half the series, and last night a frightening realisation hit me:

When I first saw the Mentalist my one complaint was that in about 80% of episodes it was easy to guess who the murderer was early on in the episode. Re-watching them , I rarely guess who-dun-it, and I have the advantage of having seen the damn thing before, a few years back!

Think my brain is slowing down due to age, and it is worrying.

At a party last night and they had the Mayweather vs Pacquiao boxing fight. It's called the "Fight of the Century" by the media but we were rather disappointed. Meh.

Today is a boating day.

Went to a bar Yesterday with a good friend of mine, not really sure how I got home so it must have been good.
I'd love to watch some Netflix stuff today with this hangover I'm having but with 2 little kids around the house that's a no go until 8PM. They always want to watch their stuff and since they seem to be the boss around here that's what happens :)

I'll just go make some preparations around the house then so the painters that I hired can do their thing tomorrow.

I stayed up too late, got up too late, and it's fucking beautiful outside. Unfortunately, I know myself well enough to know that I will probably stay inside and continue working on my site project. Oh well, there's always next spring. :D
