Worky Work Busy Bee!

It's Monday with too much to do and not enough time to do it all.

I'm cleaning out my spare bedroom. It's packed full of years worth of crap along with all my kayaking, snorkeling paddle boarding, biking gear. Not sure where I'm going to put everything, but my goal is to get all my crap out of it and make it nice and pretty so that I can list it on AIRBNB for some extra cash each month. I only just found out about this site from the person that I went kayaking with yesterday. Seems she has traveled all over the world staying at AIRBNB listed places. I like the idea that I can have guests as often or as seldom as I like.

Other than that I need to finish setting of DadaMail for the A/C company along with my usual work.

Back to work since I sorta took yesterday off. It's been a bit frustrating lately which makes it hard to do work. Thou I have so much house stuff that needs to be done it's overwhelming. Found out yesterday I have two posts on a patio that are destroyed by termites that will need to be replaced. Really it's not much and can put it off for a while but if you add it to the rest I feel like I'm drowning. uggghhh

Okay, enough feel sorry for myself belly aching shit. Time to toughen up cupcake and get to work :D

I'm actually really uneasy about this. I've read the horror stories . I've also talked to friends that use this service that love it.

It seems that I can easily charge $49 a night or more for my location, plus get other fees, like a ride to the airport. My neighbor across the street has been doing something like this with foreign exchange students and has not had any issues in t few years that she has been doing this.

This seems a lot like how Uber works. I've also heard horror stories online and in the news, but a lot of my friends use it and love it.

I'm going to limit the room to one guest per stay and will most likely be home most of the time.

I started taking crap out the guest room. It's a huge project that is going to take me at least a few days. Plus I sent Christy pics of a few things of hers that are either going to get tossed or picked up by her. Still haven't heard back from her though. I'm sure that she will somehow bring drama into me trying to do the right thing with her stuff. :-/

Greenie could possibly do that, but heck he would have to pay the guests to stay in Tonawanda |lol|
