How do you decide what categories?
 

How do you know what categories to carry on your link list? I want to start one up but have spent over 2 weeks trying to decide on cateories.

Any help would be appreciated.

Put up as many as you want, as long as:

A - you have enough sites to list in there
B - you have a sponsor site to promote on the page

Put up the categories that you actually have links for. Empty categories don't look good.

Other then that put up whatever you feel like. :D

It's best to start with a few general cats and then branch out when you start having more than a page of submits to a cat.

I have one niche tgp, boobs, that has more than 40 cats for all types of boobs. It's something that comes from experience.

I started my Linklist 3 months ago, started out with 16 prominent categories (amateur, boobs, hardcore, teens, etc. ) but I soon found out what more categories I needed. I got lot's of interracial, pantyhose, etc. submissions... So now I'm up to 26 categories...

Thanks for all the info! Definitely helped alot. I wish I would have posted sooner, but I'm on the right track now.
