I don't think too many people will knock themselves out to list sites on a free hosted third level domain website.

Auke, your welcome. It really takes down the value of running an honest link site when people think they can just take free hosting which they have no control over and try to get people to trade links with them. Consider that most of the link sites that participate in this forum don't list free hosted sites, it isn't a big jump to say we wouldn't be much interested in a free hosted link site!

Don't be cheap. Spend a few dollars (a very few) and get yourself a real domain and a real host and then you have REAL business...

I have my own private link list. It had some 47000+ hits - I mean hits, no uniques - last month and spent less than half a gig.

You can have 1 or 2 gig bandwith per month virtual hosting account for $10-15 I believe. Choose a good one - I believe GG & Jim have a list in their webmaster resources section - and you can easily change to bigger account if needed.

Hell, with my host I can change to bigger or smaller if needed.
