Started off the holiday weekend with a cookout at Yell's with the girls last night. That makes 3 times in the last 7 days I've |cheers| Seems like old times :D

My youngest stepdaughter got a kitten a couple months ago, so we're dog & cat watching this weekend. 1st thing The Bitch did was let the dogs out in the backyard & left the door open |facepalm| It took a good 20 min to wrangle the cat back into the house :D

More unpacking is on the agenda for today, as well as putting up curtain rods because why would the previous tennant's leave them |facepalm| Plus the big box our new grill is in is staring me in the face every time I walk in the kitchen |banghead| I can see going 4 for 8 with |cheers|

Good Morning :)

Doing some work, motocross on tv later plus streaming a couple of movies. This scenario will play out all weekend as we take it easy this weekend.

I believe we are traveling to San Francisco again next week. This is mostly because my wife's breasts hasn't finished healing so radiation treatments have been put off a few more weeks. Normally this would be a concern but we got lucky with the excellent pathology report or I think my wife would be more worried about this.

I had a concert this afternoon and then went to dinner tonight. It was a nice day. My allergies have lessened a bit so that was a bonus.

I have spent my weekend so far trying to catch up from last week. The previous owner of this house was a packrat, and had not one, but 2 sheds in the yard full of things like screws, nails, car parts, and about 20 tires. He used to do car repairs here, so it made sense sort of. Well, the Husband decided to clean that up, which is great. It also entails his parents being here all day, every day. The constant traffic in and out can drive you crazy, especially when they are not exactly careful about our cat and her strong desire to go outside. He says only a few more days... maybe... we shall see. So, today was my last day to sleep in until they finish... and I enjoyed it!
