As it's Game 7 of The Stanley Cup Finals between Boston & St Louis |hockey| Even if you're not a fan of hockey, you gotta watch a Game 7 winner-take-all game, right? It's on NBC (or CBC). My money's on St Louis, which means Boston will win |facepalm|

Another busy day for Gruber Hubert. 1st trip is at 9 so I best get cracking |escape|

Been working all morning then gotta get a hair cut before playing golf this afternoon |golf| |thumb and then tonight I'll be playing basketball before watching the last half of the hockey game. Cheering for St Louis too, it's just hard to like Brad Marchand |club|

When will I learn? I'm overfilled with tasks, again |banghead|
I'm completely worn out, but still have two days to go.

One thing that has taken a lot of my time is AA. I just decided to try this "attend a lot of meetings" thing they talk about. So I've been all over the county, visiting groups. It's been fun, but I won't continue with that.

Been in a meeting with the Childcare services regarding my "grandson". It turns out my ex-wife is worried about him visiting an alcoholic. But, as they already knew, his mother is fully informed about my health's status, at any time. And the Childcare Service was pretty clear that I am a tremendously important figure in his life and that they would do nothing to stop that.

I've been in St Louis, so I am rooting for them too, whatever it is they're playing ... |lol|

I thought it was odd that the Stanley Cup wasn't on the evening news - Rask isn't playing tonight. Then again, you have to remember our news is 30 minutes once a day on only some channels. We have no 24/7 news here. Sports? Yeah, only if you have cable. And no, we won't get to see the game because we do not have cable in this area at all. I think the winning team will have a B in its name. If Rask was playing tonight, I would be rooting for Boston, but he isn't. Let's hear it for the Blues.

Jolly, one thing that your ex is forgetting - you have been sober for a year now. Yes, you will always be an alcoholic, but you are no longer drinking and that is a huge difference. *I may be an alcoholic, but you're a bitch and I will stay sover" Something along those lines. You are the one that has grown and changed. Nothing she can do to fix hatred, sadly. Hopefully, she doesn't pass on her toxic view to the grandson.
