Need a software programmer ASAP

Hey guys. I'm trying to find a programmer who is strong in C++ to make some modifications to a piece of software we own. Please respond to the thread if you can help or know of someone who can.

1) what type of program is it?
2) what is the focus of the area that needs to be changed?
3) what needs to be changed?
4) what kind of time frame are you looking at?
