Freesite Feedback Needed
 

Hi, I wanted to see If I could get some feedback on this site before I post it to my list of linklists.

My major concern is that the banner on the warning page is too large.. I have had sites listed well using hpa's on the index before but I want to get some idea what the general consensus on that is before I start submitting. And of course any other suggestions, or criticisms that may help improve the site / sales etc. would be greatly appreciated.

? I dunno if no commenets is good or bad.. Is the banner too big on the index page? Any thoughts.. Anyone?

IMHO:

Lose the counters on every page. That is a traffic leak and potential source of unwanted redirections and filtering.

DangerDave isn't going to list ARS4REAL sponsor content.

We have all see this sponsor content at least once... we are less and less likely to list it as it goes along.

Site itself isn't terrible, sort of widely spaced. How big is your screen size?

I count four outgoing links on your main page plus the nasty counter. :(

I'm really, really sick of seeing the same sponsor content over and over many times each day. :(

Site colors are nice and the layout is pleasing. :)

Overall it is a nice site with just a few problems. :)

Thanks for the comments guys.. that pretty much tells me what I needed to know. I am going to go with a smaller banner (less links) on the warning page, do and do away with the counters. Unfortunately theres not too much I can do about the content on this one as they only allow webmasters to use sponsor content to promote the 4real sites :( I wish there was some other way as far as that goes because the content is getting overexposed and it is getting harder and harder to get listed using it, but the 4real sites convert for me so I like promoting them. RawAlex.. My screen size is 800x600. When you say widely spaced, are you referring to the index page or just in general. It looks ok to me at 800x600 but perhaps it could use a lil adjustment. Oh and as far as DangerDave goes.. I still havent gotten a submit pass for his site yet so I guess I won't be able to submit this one there anyways :( Well I guess that pretty much covers it.. I will either post back after I have made the changes or you will see the site in your queue.

Ok, well I went ahead and made those changes so I figure I'll give it a go like that and see how it does me. While Im on here has anyone tryed using bought content to promote the new CHAMPS sites ? I was thinking about giving that a shot as the 4real content is getting played out. Do you think that would be better, or should I just use my bought content to promote other sponsors?
