My back is much better today so I headed off to the gym for 30 minutes on the treadmill. Watched Kim's Convenience and it was pretty funny. I think that will be my series to watch at the gym for the next 10 weeks or so.

Same old today except my BIL is coming over. He wants me to help him fill out job applications. Sadly, he's old, not very smart and has a number of medical problems. I'm not trying to being mean but he's really not employable. I'm not sure whether I'll humour him or what.

I'm really sore today because I overdid it yesterday on the house. Not sure if I'm going back out today or resting as of yet.

Either way it will be biz/tv/nap with or without the house work.

Busy sports week for me. 4 softball games with my team, and I'm subbing in for another team tonight if it doesn't get rained out.
