For the 1st time in about a week, I don't feel like complete shit |thumb

I've decided to walk outside today rather than go to the gym. I'll make my way to the pharmacy to renew my blood pressure prescription. Same old today except I'll be back on my authority site. Tonight, I should be watching Jay's |baseball| return to Rogers Centre but we're going to theatre in the park. It's a commitment I made a while ago. Oh well. I'm actually going to a game next week so that's something to look forward to.

In Los Angeles since Wednesday, today we're moving my daughter out of her apartment and into storage for now as she is moving in with a friend. I hope the guys I hired show up :D

Everybody left my house yesterday afternoon and now I'm left with a back that is hurting. It popped while playing with their pets. It's better this morning compared to last night but it does not look like I'll be working on the house today because of it.

Guess today will be biz/tv/nap as usual with stretching, ice and heat applications happening throughout the day.

Good morning. Yeah, I guess it's a good thing to not feel like death or complete shit.

I've taken the week off from softball, giving my arm a chance to rest up. I'll be playing tonight though. Going into it pumped up on Advil and Voltarin and I won't be pushing too hard.

Off next week so I see golfing in my future. Also going up north for a few days away from the city. Have a great Friday!
