Morning...

Spent Friday at Yell's house getting shitfaced & crying a lot with all our family & friends. Spent yesterday recovering & skipped his grandson's 10th birthday party.

We're not doing a wake or funeral service. Instead, we're having a "Last Fiesta" at his house on Saturday. He's being cremated and his urn will be there, so he'll be "in attendance".

That seems so fitting. He would probably love that party.

Why is it so hard to get back on track after a couple of days away? I keep trying to get stuff done, but we have had MIL adventures again. The Cat is also studying to make galleries I think. She insists on helping me constantly. Sigh..

Still can't believe he's gone :( I was out yesterday and had a few beers with Jimmy, he too is in shock and reminisced on Yell texting him back in May when Yell learned of Jimmy's battle with cancer. He was such a great guy, gone too soon!
