House work this morning. Now, I've answered my essential emails and will be heading to my BIL's after purchasing a new microwave for him. Web work later on this afternoon followed by a Zoom meeting. TV later? Yeah, I guess so. Sleep for sure.

It's been a slow day, to say at least.
But I'm capable of doing core work for an hour or two, so it's still improving.

I envy you, my GF is abroad in her native country for weeks to come, still. Miss her tremendously
