Ok - since the NBA got their shit in order & Tart's stars got alligned correctly :) the NBA Internext Pool has officially been updated for Round 2.

Friday May 7th - NBA Internext Pool has been updated.

I almost forgot Indiana was still in the playoffs :D

I thought their first series was over last year :)

They had 10 days off - they could have taken a cruise for a week & still had 3 days of practice before the series :D

Saturday May 8th - NBA Internext Pool has been updated.

They actually was thinking of taking a team cruise to chill out before getting ready for round 2. The Local News had a story about it.

Torn - I think I head the "cruise" thing on ESPN so they very well could have been talking about the story you heard. It's nice to see that we had to wait this long for them to kick the shit out of Miami :D

I have never watched this much basketball in my LIFE... I sure hope the teams I picked start doing better because the shoe squeaking noise is really irritating!

Man that min/sac game last night was pretty wicked at the end. Definetly some good games this year.

Best Of 3 is just a term used when the 7 game series is tied at 2 games each - 1st team to win 2 more wins the series :)

Just an FYI - there were no games last night - tonight we have Indiana vs. Miami (Indy's up 3-2) & tomorrow we have Sacramento vs. Minnesota (tied at 3-3) - we should know who's moving onto Round 3 by Friday :)

If there are any Heat fans here, I take my hat off to you. Miami did a hell of a job vs the Pacers and Wade is a future all star. |hotjump|

Wednesday May 19th - NBA Internext Pool has been updated.

As you probably guessed, Indiana won their series last night, which eliminated Linkster, Torn & TijuanaPat (even if their remaining picks win, they'd still have less than at least 1 other contestant)

So, that leaves the following in the contest:

Sacramento/Minnesota play their game 7 tonight, so tomorrow we'll have more big news :)

I put All My Eggs in the NJ basket... LOL

I know it's tough to win on the road, and doubly (is that even a word?) to win in game 7. But, this is essentially the same team that was told they couldn't do it last year.

We'll see... though MN better win, or I'm taking a 200 mile drive South to talk to some folks... :)

and it's down to the final 2..... Tomorrow we will have a winner.
