I've got a 2 hour meeting this morning and then it's off to do stuff for my BIL the afternoon. The upside is it frees up my Saturday for me. That's all!

Back went from bad to worse yesterday. Was able to get to grocery store with little issue but when getting up from watching the hearings it popped again, this time worse than the day before |banghead|

Stretching, ice, heat, small walks in backyard plus lots of moaning and groaning is on the agenda with grunt work thrown in.
