The polar vortex is here! Current temp is 2°F/-17°Canadian |snowman2

NHL All-Star game is today & they have a special called GR8TNESS about Ovechkin on right before, so lots of hockey stuff today |hockey|

Working for a bit then off to play morning pickup basketball then home again for work off and on and we get the Grandon today too |thumb

I've just reinstalled my PC (from image), while I cleaned up my apartment. It's freezing cold today, probably the coldest so far this year.

No Polar Vortex here...it could reach 70F today |couch|

Still have a runny nose in fact I think I blew out 3lbs of snot yesterday, wtf.

Yesterday I sat behind my office desk for over 4 hours which is twice as long as I have in the past 4 months plus I played the drums again for about 15 minutes. Still some sensations in the leg but the back held up pretty good. Though this morning when I woke up it did hurt a little bit so I'll take it easy today. Either way I'm starting to feel closer to normal again so gotta make sure I don't do too much too soon.

Grunt work while reclined and watching tv on agenda for the weekend.
