Off to my BIL's first thing this morning. It's been 10 days since he caught COVID so I be giving him a test to see if he's negative. Then it's back home to do all my crap including my finances.

Up and working then took the wife for a quick breakfast at a popular local place that's great, fairly cheap and fast |thumb Ok, work for the rest of the day then trivia tonight |coffee is on

Yesterday, like a dumbass, I did yard work and forgot to set a timer. Did not realize it until my back was hurting. I spent the rest of the day on ice and heat which thankfully worked as I'm just a little bit sore this morning.

So I'll be spending all day resting with ice and heat as to not F things up while reclined just working and watching netflix. Exciting stuff I know.

BIL still very much has COVID. In an "a-ah" moment, it occurred to me that he is on a massive dose of prednisone. It's a corticosteroid used to treat sarcoidosis and it suppresses the immune system.
