I was the champ at Euchre last night and won ... wait ... $15! Woohoo.

Working all day today with some meetings tonight. I don't like after dinner meetings but these people have to work during the day. Battlebots after that.

No word from the doctors about my BIL. With blood work, no news is good news I guess.

My mood is all over the place, but I have a fuckload of work to do, so I'm back on Monster energy drinks |facepalm|

Little sore today as I did more yard work and skipped errands. Today will be only errands and resting the back.

Wife is still sick and looks like she'll be home rest of week. Hopefully she gets better over weekend and goes back on Monday. I miss having a quiet house during the day.

New eye doctor seems to be a keeper. He checked my eyes very carefully, and we are going with yet another new lens prescription. I have another 3 to 4 weeks to wait for my new lenses. This is now my 3rd lens change in 3 years. What he took the time to explain is the cornea takes some damage during the surgery as that is how they get to the cataract. In some cases it heals quickly. In mine, not really. Things like a sinus cold or what side I sleep on can have a bearing on my eyes. So, patience. Lots of eye drops, and probably more lens changes. I just want to be able to see the screen clearly again so I can work. This fuzzy shit has to go!

Family day today. Nephew coming over to play with his new stuffed shiba inu.

After that Costco and continuing to set up our new sites for a partnership company with Japan. Excited about this.
